    One thing I need to get faster at is ab mat sit ups, also double unders? Either one would be a good challenge

    Just started cross fit this week. I surprised myself with rocking the press. My goal is to be able to do a proper push-up without modifying and supplementing my 3 day a week Xfit workouts with running and swimming.
