Today...I choose squats. 30 done.
Food: I made shrimp tacos for dinner last night, so that's what I'm going to have for lunch today. Shrimps, corn tortillas, red cabbage, avocado, light sour cream, salsa, and brown rice. mmmm. So delicious.
Water: I'll get my 10 cups in today.
Exercise: yep!0 -
Well, today is a little stressful for me. I made a smoothie for breakfast that I didn't like, so I had eggs and an english muffin from the cafeteria. Lunch wasn't so good either. I probably ate 3/4 of my salad and quit. Oh well, at least I tried something new. I'm not sure what I'm doing for dinner, but hopefully its better than my meals so far.
I have been doing well with the no meat. I have been following recipe's in order to get my protein in. I haven't been feeling overly hungry, if anything I have been less hungry. I will probably incorporate some of the recipes in to my diet since I have found some I really like. I really feel good getting all the veggies I've been eating.
I'm trying a spin class tonight. It's been a while (like 2 years) so hopefully I like it! I'm super excited.0 -
I made it to Austin and I am settled in my hotel room. I will do 2 sets of 10 push-ups and sit-ups right now. Tomorrow will be exercise business as usual. I will have to eat out for lunch but Austin is known for its influence on living healthy so I will be able to make good choices. I have tuna and crackers for dinner. I also bought along some fruit and popcorn to snack on. Tomorrow is the day I reconnect with my goals. I didn't drink nearly enough water today but I was driving for three hours too. Love challenges.... Here I go0

I did 5 push ups, 10 squats, and 40 sit-ups. A little uneven on muscle use, but it's what I could do. Calves still killing me but I have new insoles so I know it's not my shoes. Hopefully they will strengthen or whatever they need.
Tuesday went OK. Currently not tracking calories. For me, this means no weight loss, but I'm taking a break from it this week. I need to get one less thing on my plate. Water wise, went down to 20oz and I'm feeling it today. I ended up not eating much for dinner due to feeling under the weather and then slept horribly last night.
Speaking of weather, I'd love to blame it for how I am right now. Thunderstorms, muggy, then more storms, but I know it' snot the weather - it's me. Looking forward to a break this weekend in some form.0
