I had my surgery 8/20. Sleeve w/hiatal hernia repair. The hernia repair is giving me the most problems, but I have to say that this is going much, much, much easier than I anticipated. I have not had any nausea, I'm getting my fluids in without problems and taking protein well.

I've been told Day 3 post-op is sometimes the worst, but I've stayed on top of any pain today by taking my pain meds at exactly 4 hours and I've rested.

    Congratulations! I'm glad everything is going well for you! I had the RNY and it went smoothly too.

    I'm four days out and having my worst day today. No pain, but nausea, headache, and general icky feeling. I've had trouble getting my water and protein in... my little pouch just gets too full. I've lost 7 pounds since my surgery four days ago.
