I'm just wondering how often I should update my TDEE for losing weight. Any advice or information on this I would be very grateful for. Thanks in advance.

The general rule of thumb is that you should re-calculate your TDEE whenever you gain or lose 5 pounds or more, and also if you make significant changes to your workout plan :-)0
