Needing Friends

This is my second time coming back, hopefully this time I can maintain my "mojo" until I get below 300 lbs at least, lol last time I made it to 317 and then the bottom fell out and I lost track. Anyway, this time I want to add friends for motivation and support. I am down 7 lbs this first week but im sure 90% of that is water weight.

Anyway, I am looking for friends. I am following the 21 Day Fix but would love friends following ANY plan/path to health!

    I recently joined this group. I have been yo-yo dieting most of my adult life. Last time I made it to 316# and quit. I got a wakeup call from the Dr. 2 weeks ago. Dr. told me I have Type 2 Diabetes. I cut out sugar and sugary treats and lost 12#

    I think we could help support and motivate each other. Please add me if you think so too.
