I have 2 sprints. One Sept 13 Beach Blast tri in Mexico Beach, FL. Super excited though nervous about the ocean swim. Last one did not go so well. This one is more out.... a triangle pattern rather than out a little and along the shore. Second one is October 12 - Tri the Rez in my hometown. This was my first tri ever and I know the course well so I am super excited about it!

    Clermont TriAmerica Triathlon (Swim 1.2 Miles. Bike 38.5 Miles, Run 9.3 Miles) 10/18

    Key West Olympic 12/6 (maybe - haven't signed up yet but probably will)

    sad northerner here (chicago) and my season is over.. i looked for some late-season sprints but nothing seemed worth a sign-up. this was my first season and i got two sprints and an oly in, so i'll work in the off-season in hopes of shedding some time (and weight) and back at it next spring. can't wait!! enjoy the rest of your season warm-climate folks!

    Nothing really scheduled after that, except for Rock n Roll Marathon in AZ for Jan. I'll probably find some runs to sneak in along the way.

    Marathons should only be run after 112 miles on the bike. ;)

    Just did my first Tri-A-Tri last weekend. And have my first sprint in just over 4 weeks.
