My name is Laura, I am 25 and I live in New York. I have started the plank challenge before, on my own and made it to day 8 then I gave up. I decided to start this group for the accountability and motivation to push me to complete the challenge. I can currently hold a 42 second plank and I am planning to complete the challenge that leads to a 300 second plank. I look forward to getting to know you as we work through the challenge together!
  • Hi everybody
I'm Linda, I am 56 and live in the South of France. I am really inspired by this challenge but don't know how far I can go! . I can hold the plank for about 30 seconds so far and will be super happy if i can get to 180 by the end of the month ( yikes!) I am hoping a couple of friends of mine will sign up, so can push eachother to keep motivated, but even if they don't I know I will be able to count on you guys! Good luck everybody and bring it onnnnnnn!

Hi all. My name is Michelle, I'm 43, I live in North Carolina. I'm hoping to complete the 20-300 challenge this month. I don't know my baseline yet, plan to find out on day 1. Hope it's at least the 20 sec so I can do the challenge to 300

:flowerforyou: My name is Barbie, I'm 68 years old and live in NW Washington state with my darling hubby, two Standard Poodles, and a loving cat. I just finished a 30 squat challenge and am looking for a challenge that focuses on a different set of muscles.

:flowerforyou: My primary challenge will be to do a plank every day with occasional rest days. To start, consistency will be more important than time......time will come later

    Hello!

I'm a 34yo (turning 35 on 18th) Aussie woman always looking for a new challenge. I've previously completed the 20sec to 5min plank challenge, but haven't kept it up. I can currently hold a plank on elbows and toes for 1 minute and side plank on elbow and knee for 45 seconds. I'm looking forward to pushing myself again and have decided to follow the custom plan:
Custom Plan-This plan starts with the longest plank you can hold and builds time from there until 90 seconds and then advance to a different positions.

Kayla, 25. I just joined because I had to do a plank for another challenge and I had never realized just how hard they are! I can go 30 seconds at most, although that is pretty difficult for me, so I'm hoping this challenge will increase that amount :)
