I was down 0.6lbs this week - but after a tumultuous week the one before that made me pretty happy. It's always nice to see that number dropping! I'm gunning for a -1.5 loss this week!

Down 1lb which I'm happy especially considering we've had friends staying. Eating out twice this week, so we will see what next week's weigh in is like. As long as the scales keep going down, it's good. Zumba starts again next week, which I have really missed during August. I'm not much good at exercising on my own.0

Finally! A change in the right direction! Down 3.6 lbs since my last weigh-in.
SW: 161
CW: 157.4
Weight loss factors:
- Did a 100 carb increase refeed on Sunday to boost my metabolism (guess this works)
- Reduced my sodium to 1200mg/day. (guess this works) - shed water weight is my guess, but who cares. the scale moved. I'll take it!!0 -
