Goals for September

What are your fitness goals for September? Mine are:

1. Do a little yoga every day
2. Continue progressing on StrongLifts 5x5
3. Squat 100 lbs. (This will be a stretch-- I'm at 70 lbs. now)

  • Currently, my goals are to remember to eat 3 meals a day, do some form of exercise 3x week (probably Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday), and to keep working toward health. :)

    Tues/Thurs/Sat are my weight lifting days! Workout twins :-)
