Thanks Kat, have to keep pinching myself how easy this has been for me, when I started this on 5th January I honestly could never have foreseen that I would have 35 consecutive weeks that I would lose weight and certainly didn't think I would be on the brink of achieving my target before September I thought it would take me about a year and a half. Going to wake up any second soon and realise this has all been a cruel dream and Bobby Ewing was in the shower the whole time lol (don't know if you are old enough to catch that joke) :laugh: :drinker:0 -

So happy to have reached my ultimate goal, will keep doing what I'm doing for another few weeks as I wouldn't mind an extra few lbs off before my holiday so I can totally enjoy myself without worrying what I eat or drink. When I come back from hols I will start to up my calories even more and start to concentrate more on doing more weights but will also keep the cardio work in as I love feeling so much fitter. Thank you all for the help and encouragement that you have given me over this past few months and I hope to continue to give you all the same back in the future. :flowerforyou:0 -

I can live with losing 8 pounds this month but know I made some bad choices and celebrating during my birthday week a bit too much. Would really like to lose 20 more pounds before my trip in Nov so need to stay focused now that my weight loss seems to be slowing down.

I have maintained my weight all month long which I am proud of considering we had a house guest, lots of restaurant visits and celebrating my 30th birthday! This morning I hopped on the scale and I am down .6 pounds so I consider that a success and look forward to seeing what this next month will bring! Current weight: 136.4 lbs. Now I just need to get my butt in gear and get motivated to be more active!0

At work, I should be able to start in at the fitness center this week. I know it will help me get back into my walking routine. Plus I can begin some strength training there as well with the other equipment that's available.
