Another 1lb loss this week, would like another 2 or 3lbs before I go on hols in a couple of weeks :drinker:0 -
I have maintained my weight all month long which I am proud of considering we had a house guest, lots of restaurant visits and celebrating my 30th birthday! This morning I hopped on the scale and I am down .6 pounds so I consider that a success and look forward to seeing what this next month will bring! Current weight: 136.4 lbs. Now I just need to get my butt in gear and get motivated to be more active!0

At work, I should be able to start in at the fitness center this week. I know it will help me get back into my walking routine. Plus I can begin some strength training there as well with the other equipment that's available.

Only lost about 3 pounds this month. I'm not exactly sure how to feel about it but I'm just hoping that I can stay focused and kick things back into gear and get back on track to losing my normal 5 pounds a month.0
