Superb September WL Challenge

Greetings, all! Summer is winding down, a new school year has begun, and before we know it, Fall will make her grand entrance! We put up some good numbers in August, and many of us commented on our need to refocus our efforts as we begin a new season. I plan on getting a lot more water and walking into my daily routine this month. What are some ways you can make your September superb??

If you are new and want to join in, by all means do! We love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:

Name: (if you'd like to share)

My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Life time goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)

Weigh ins: What days you will weigh in. (I will weigh in on Fridays in September)
9/5/14= (Fill out after each weigh in.)
9/12/14=
9/19/14=
9/26/14= (Final weigh in for the month.)

The simplest way to do this is to find your previous weeks post, copy the text then click the reply button. Paste the text in and add your new weight.

Also, if you are quoting someone to send them a kudo or offer a hand up, please add @theirusername to the top of the text so we can keep who's who straight (very helpful when we get over 100 posts per month :smile:

    Hi everyone! I was a member of this group about a year ago, but fell off the wagon hard. I have recently gotten back on, joined a gym and am starting over.

    CW: 341.4
    GW: 333.4
    LTGW: 175

    Weigh ins: I always weigh in on Mondays at the gym. (except this week due to the holiday it will be Tuesday) - My current weight listed above is last Monday..

    CW: 272.8 (As of August 31)
    GW: 257 (15.8 lbs - And reaching this will give me 100 lb mark milestone)
    LTGW: 157 (dropped down one pound to make it an even 200 to reach it. I like even numbers)

    We just scheduled our engagement photo shoot for 10/10. Me and the fiance are going to be working extra hard this month. To reflect this.. I've set a rather lofty goal of 10 lbs. Considering I've not lost more than 6 in a single month yet, this is quite a stretch... but hey. Go big or go home!

    Just glanced at my ticker and saw it hovering at the very bottom - so instead of being frustrated at the last 10-20 pound loss (which is bouncing in a stall), it feels happy to realize how far it is to have dropped the first 160. ...puts it in perspective... Thanks for helping me do this!
