New Challenge for September?

Would anyone like to join me for a new challenge for September? I like to keep it simple for my own brain, but if you like to put down your percentages and all that be my guest!
For September Goal:
I want to be at 180.0 lb at the end of September.
My Personal Goal:
Still enjoying shopping in my own closet for now. I have some tailored (fitted jackets) that I could not wear because of not being able to button the bottom 2 or 3 buttons. Well I could have buttoned them if I wanted to look like a beached whale in a bodysuit, but I prefer to wait till I can button them and they are a little loose in that area before I wear them. So that is my personal goal, when I can sport one of those jackets in perfect confidence. I'm not far from there now, so I can be patient. :happy:

I'll join you! My weight goal for end of September: 209lbs - Currently 223lbs
I'd also like to buy a new outfit for my 5th wedding anniversary dinner - and I'd love to fit into a UK16. (Currently a snug 18)

I haven't done a challenge in awhile and I finally feel "on track" this time. I would like to be down 10 pounds by 9/13 and then another 7 by the end of the month. I had a carb binge this weekend, but probably not way above my maintenance so I'm up but once low carbing for a couple of days that some of that will just come right off.0

I currently weigh 217 lbs. I would like to weigh 205 or less by the end of September.0

I am currently at 153 and would like to get to 145. This is the hardest part of my journey! I was totally off from mid-july until mid August, but feeling more on track now. We can do this!!!0

I am in. I would like to be 20 lbs less by the end of September. I have gained way too much weight over the last year. I have a trip coming up in October and would like to feel better about myself. I don't want to stop there. I would like to lose much more in time. My next decision will be how long to stay in induction. Good luck everyone. I am looking for recipes, too.0

I like simple! I would like to lose 6 pounds in September. I didn't start out very good; Labor Day celebration lasted for a few days. I plan on running a 5K on Saturday and maybe a 10K on the last Saturday in September.0

I'm in! I'd like to lose 5 more pounds in September. I started back on Atkins 5 days ago, and am already down 5 lbs, but I don't anticipate continuing with that much of a loss! 5 Lbs would put me back in the 150's, which I haven't seen in a long time!0

I would like ot get down to double digits. I've been between 102 and 108kg for months, I'd like to hit 99kg by the end of the month.0

hello! I hope is not too late... I want to joing you guys in this september chalenge. since we are almost half of the month, I will set a realistic goal. I will try to lose 5 miles till the end of the month. I was doing weight watchers, but Atkins had worked better for me in the past. following points its just stressing, and makes me feel deprived. I will start Atkins tomorrow morning, I will do my groceries tonight.0

Two more weeks to go this month! How is everyone doing? Me, not so good, but with the realization that the month is half over, I am remotivated again. I have not been feeling all that well - hormonal issues and what not, so having a hard time focusing. I do know that I feel better when I eat right (low carb, right) so trying to keep on track with that. The worse I feel, the more I get off track with my eating and it is a downward spiral.

I'm down to 214 now and still 9 lbs away from my September goal. Not Sure if i can lose that much weight in about 13 days but I sure will try (the healthy way!)0 -

Since I generally set my goals for 1 lb a week, I usually don't have any problem reaching it. So with 11/2 weeks left, I sure hope I can drop another 11/2 lbs!0
