Due to the many challenges requested, I will make 1 group and each day there will be a post for each challenge in the group to check in.. much like this group now.
For example,
You will log in and see:
Muffin top Shred3d day 3 check in
Plank and burpee day 3 check in
Pushup challenge day 3 check in
They will all be visible, and you can bounce around in the challenges and do more than 1 if you would like! I will be doing 2 of them myself
