    10,000+ steps daily

    10,000 steps( includes 30 minutes walk)
    30 second plank
    start gentle yoga class

    my goals for today are:

    Only eat what I packed for food, (where i work at night we can eat whatever we want not a good thing)
    Drink lots of water
    Get a walk in or walk extra tonight at work (on my feet all night from 3-9 but on my butt 730-3 yes I do walk during my morning job but not as much as at night i work at school doing the day)

    Most important stay positive.

    Not good! Worked late and didn't get anything done at home. But today's a new day!
