A special thanks to everyone who participated in the August challenge! I appreciate the support that you passed on to each other and I hope you were able to achieve your goals. I would love to hear about whether you met or exceeded your goals and what "lessons learned" you got from the process.
Here's my report. Would love to hear yours:
1. Pounds lost: 2 (Didn't meet my goal of 4 pounds)
2. Percentage body fat lost: 1.5% (Exceeded by goal of 1%)
3. Lessons learned: a. I definitely need to increase my daily protein intake on a daily basis if I'm going to build muscle. b. Scheduled cheat days really helped my reduce my splurging on fast food.
For those who met the requirements of the challenge, I will be contacting them to send them a copy of the "Ol' Skool CD" I've put together. Thanks to everyone again and I'll see you at the next Challenge.

Thank you so much for this challenge.
My goal was to lose 4 pounds. I exceeded my goal, I have lost 7 pounds.
I haven't had any soda all month and no longer crave it.
Except for 1 cheat day I haven't had any fast food.
I have cut out almost all white carbs from my meals.
Lesson learned: scheduling workouts is the way to go, need to make a schedule and stick to it
Moderation is the key when it comes to food
Pre made foods are the best way to go, then there is no overdoing it with calories.
Thanks again Shawn!
