    Hello. I have been doing low carb on & off for about 10 years. Right now I'm "off" but would like to get back at it really soon.

    I've lost nearly 40 lbs doing low carb since March. I haven't been really following low carb since mid-July. The reason I stopped was because I had unexpected, emergency surgery & wasn't able to prepare meals for myself.

    I carb cycle (5 LC days, 2 HC days), sometimes full on low carbers don't like that on their friends list so if anyone is okay with it, add me!!

    I'm also looking for low carb friends! I was almost done with South Beach Phase 1 last month but I recently found out I was pregnant! Lol! So now I am just trying not to gain weight and sticking to moderate carb levels under my doctor's advice (~100g per day; close to South Beach Phase 2). I think I added everyone in this thread, but if not, please feel free to send me a request!
