    CAgirl. Haha. You started that rave the same way you started a rant a few days ago but with a very different ending. Bravo.

    Rant. Ate too few veggies.
    Overdid my walk, got dehydrated and triggered a lot of pain.

    Rave. Enjoyed my extra calories.

    Rant: I really feel the few extra pounds and it makes it difficult to exercise

    RANT: Was bad and ate 10 salt water taffies out of the bag I bought for son to replace the ones I ate a couple of weeks ago! BAD!!
