how to increase weight? (lifting)

I really would like to start building up the weight I'm lifting when doing squats, but I'm always worried about form and not hurting myself. Any advice or strategies?

Try taking some form check videos and posting them on YouTube. You can then share the link here to get form tips, or try reddit.com/r/xxfitness (female fitness subreddit). It will help get some outside perspective on how your form looks. Then, once you have the form down, try to increase your squat weight by 5 pounds every workout (look into progressive overloading for more information on this).0

I checked out progressive overloading. It makes a lot of sense. Thanks for the tip!0
