    Looks like we are going to get some major LB's this month.

    Me - not the best start to the month - no gain this week but no loss either

    UGW: 150

    I was under calories this week but way too much starch and sodium. Focusing on that in particular this week

    Well, this is better that I expected since I didn't get the amount of exercise in that I wanted or need.
