I think I finally figured out the formula for me to lose weight!! My goal is to get down below 210 this week. It will be tough considering I gained weight over this past weekend AND we have a busy week coming up! Keep me motivated MFP!!

I am working out and using a personal trainer once a month to change my workout and help with nutrition when I stall out on my loss. I am looking at gaining lean muscle so know I may not reach the goal if I gain the muscle and loose the fat. I am just excited to see the results. Good luck all and keep moving.0 -
