Hey guys I was thinking we should do monthly weigh ins, the first friday of the month to keep our selves accounted for. So if you'd like to take part that's great! If not that's fine also
You can just copy and paste this every month in the forum below with your updated weights:)
Here's a basic out line to follow

I will participate but I will only log my weight once a month. I cant weigh weekly it drives me absolutely nuts! LOL!0

Weekly works for me, just don't be surprised if I sound discouraged...I am strength training at the same time so I am not dropping weight like I would like too.0
