I weigh myself every Monday so will continue with Monday Weigh-In's. I've also set Mini Goals for myself and will use the Mini Goal Date for recording weight.
Start weight: 143.6
Goal Weight: 120-125 (depending how I feel once I get there!)
Lbs to Lose: 18-23 by my 10th Anniversary (Dec 18)
8/18: 140
9/19: **Mini Goal** 135
10/24: **Mini Goal** 130
11/28: **Mini Goal** 125
25th Dec: <<<GOAL WEIGHT>>> Loss of 20 lbs would put me at 123.6
12/31: ULTIMATE GOAL 120
We have guests coming to visit for 3 weeks over the holidays. It will be really hard to focus with them here but I'm hoping if I am close to my goal weight by then it won't be so hard to stay motivated!0 -

HELP...I signed up for the Christmas challange but I am totally new to the sight altogether...I dont know what to do to participate...Can somebody please explain what I need to do to really dig in to this?0
