Hi All!!! My name is Rachael and I am so ready to re-commit to myself and this journey!
Here are my stats as sad as they may be:
Start weight: 302.6
Goal Weight: 140
Lbs to Lose: SO MANY!!! But for now- focusing in on 25 lbs increments

I am a bit late but I did weigh on 8/4, so that is the start weight for me. I think this challenge will be really tough as I only have about 20 pounds more to lose. I am also lifting weight now too so we will just have to see how I do.

Just to be difficult, my weigh-ins are Mondays. The Health and Fitness person takes my weight every Monday. My back up is the bathroom scale that comes in about the same at the office scale.

The Health and Fitness person set my target weight back in May. Since my target weight and 20 pounds by Xmas are almost the same, this should work well for me.
