I need to find my original post to reply, but when I weighed in on 9/5 I was 204 ( 0.2 lbs up from the previous weigh in).
Had a wedding over the weekend and yesterday I invited people over for lunch. Twisted my foot at the wedding while leaving (it was dark and I stepped in a hole). Luckily it feels better today because I signed up for my first 5k at the end of this month and I don't have time for any injuries - I need to exercise and get ready for this race.0 -
