Tuesday Sept. 9th: GOALS!

So, for today:

- stick to a healthy and responsible diet
- go back to the gym after 10 days of vacation
- do not oversnack!

    My accountability partner and I have challenged each other to be at certain weights by Monday, so today I'm going to get in 600 exercise calories and not eat all those calories back.

    My goals for today:

    Now today is a 14 hour plus day for me working so..

    Drink lots of water
    Stay within calorie goals
    No snacking just because I am bored
    Get an extra walk in, tonight I will be on my feet all night
    When I get home tonight get lunches ready for tomorrow.

    I hope everyone has a good day and most importantly stay positive.

    I was happy to see my weekend pizza weight drop off!

    Drink 10 glasses of water.
    Stay within calories.
    I'd love to get a bike ride in tonight, since it's supposed to storm tomorrow, but my ex is coming to do some work in the house. (To work off a debt!) I'll likely work on my de-cluttering project so I can be on hand to help with the ceiling fan.
  • I've been currently stuck at the same weight since the weekend because I didn't exercise. But, I haven't gained anything. This might also because I've been sneaking in pizza and burgers and though I am meeting the calories by adapting to those higher calorie foods I could simply be carrying excess grease/fat/not-good-stuff.

    Goals:

    1. Break a good sweat exercising.
    2. NO sneaking in bad food, only eat lighter/healthier foods.

    If I continue to be stuck, I think I'll try eating smaller meals and snacking more to rev up that metabolism.
  • Today is get back on track day after birthday party day yesterday. Here goes:

    1. Track and eat within limits
    2. Get to gym

    Failed the water and bed yesterday so the goals for today are basicly the same

    Todays Goals:
    1. P90x week 3 day 2 (complete)
    2. drink 10 glasses of water
    3. stay under calories
    4. get to bed early
    5. Rescue later...enjoy the happy loving pittie kisses when we I go for my walks after work

    2. First day of Whole 30 program - Make it through the first day!

    Hi guys,

    Well I fell of the wagon. It stated with a wedding in July and ended with a funeral in August. Both life time events involved FOOD ! I gained all the weight back that I lost during the last challenge.:cry: Todays goals are:
    1. Log food in
    2. Water Zumba
    3. Drink water
