Hi all!

Let's all do this every day in additional to our usual workout :) In one month your tummy should be tighter.

To log progress take a measurement with the tape measure at the navel, and also one measurement 2 inches below the navel.

You may also want to take side and front pictures in whatever clothes you are most comfortable in so that at the end you can really see progress.

Once done, just post, Day 1 complete and any other thoughts and motivation for others :)
