I did my 15 along with the plank challenge, crunches, tricep extensions, curls, push-ups, and 1 hour jog/walk intervals.0

I'll be honest was my lazy frustrating day today. I didn't work out or go for a walk but I did do 30 squats, I know 15 more but since I was lazy didn't think it would hurt.

I just re-joined MFP today too. I will begin my squats tomorrow. I did walk today though. Got to start somewhere.0

So I started the challenge yesterday. Seemed to be ok. Today I did 20 felt a little more burn. Then went for a 5 mile bike ride. Should feel it tomorrow for sure.0
