Hi, I'm new to THM life style and I'm still reading the book.
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a S snack that I could make/ buy to keep at my desk during the week days? It needs to be something that doesn't need to be kept cool. Thanks in advance

I have a really good "S" snack, I believe it would be considered and "S". I am still learning the ropes so to speak, so please feel free to correct me if I am wrong, but it is so good I have to share it.

Peanut Butter Cup "Milkshake" -( S ) A handful of ice, 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 or 2 large scoops of vanilla protein powder (I used THM approved protein) depending on your brand of powder, 1 large tablespoon coco powder, 1 large tablespoon peanut butter, 2 tablespoons Truvia, a dash of vanilla extract. Blend till smooth and enjoy!

Ok, here's what I did, this is SO much for one person, I have to cut the recipe in half, it really is made for 2 people. And since I cut mine in half, I'm not sure if it would still be an "S"? And I have made mine with 1/4 cup of 2% milkfat cottage cheese before when I didn't have any Protein Powder. This is soooo good. I just couldnot believe it! :)

So, I double checked, and yep, it's an "S".... it has 6 grams of fat, but 10 carbs= "S"

I have been bringing hard boiled eggs. They should keep for awhile without putting them in the fridge. My other go to is just plain nuts. Today I had some almonds. Very handy and quite filling actually!
