    Yes, every Wednesday. :) Glad your joining us. I've only been at this for about 8 days now and I love all the inspiration this group gives. Everyone is so nice and no judging.

    Feels like it's been longer than a week. I've rejoined the gym and been going every day as well as a jog later in the evening. Been eating clean which has been salmon/turkey/eggs/pasta/veg for the week and drinking a ridiculous amount of water. Eating more than usual yet I've lost 8lbs in a week which seems an awful lot so I'll need to monitor it.

    Thing is, I'm feeling more alert and already sleeping better. Not to mention I have had to put a belt on today for the first time in a while :)

    I'm finding it really hard to stay away from my problem foods, mainly bread.
    This week's goal would be to maintain control over my craving for bread.

    Don't give up!!! :) You made progress by trying last week and keep trying every week and you will get a little better each time :)
    No weight loss this week. I am not surprised since I lost all will power on my weekend trip. No traveling this week, so I will have more control. Recommitting today and REALLY trying not to get discouraged...but it is so hard.

    I am down 3lbs this week (I weigh in on Mondays) so I am on track for what I need to accomplish by Christmas :)

    Hi all,

    I've lost 1.3 kg = .4kg muscle loss and .6kg fat loss, the remainder being water loss I guess (must look again at printout!)

    Think I'm going to increase my protein more as I don't want to lose any more of my hard earned muscle :grumble:

    looking to lose my .6kg of fat next week but no muscle!!

    Amen to that Colleen, there is an awful lot going on over here too. But I managed to lose 2lbs just the same!! I'll take it!

    Steady progress! 3 lbs. down...maybe even a bit more towards 4. But always quick loss at first...Most importantly, I feel like I am back on track after several months of free fall into a 15lb +weight gain. Exercising daily -mostly walks and elliptical is helping to keep me in balance. Hope all are doing well and are feeling more positive! WE CAN DO THIS!

    My weigh-in have been on Fridays too but I want to be a part of this so this Friday I'm not going to weigh myself and will wait until next Wednesday. Looks like everyone is doing great, ANY weight loss is heading in the right direction and maintaining your weight after a party or trip is doing awesome too, I hope I can maintain in the same circumstances. Stay positive, week 2!!

    I also weigh on Fridays but I don't want to change my day, so I figure I'll keep weighing on Fridays but tell y'all what I lost for the previous week on Wednesday! Everyone wins! So since I don't have a number yet, I have nothing to report here, but I'll see everyone next week!

    Hello I am happy to join the group I'm a week late but here I go my weight this morning was 240.1:ohwell: I hope to go down each week until I reach my 1st goal of under 200, then I will work on my 2nd goal 175 :smile:

    I lost -1 pound !! woohooo - honestly hoping for two but I ate nothing but shiz over the weekend so understandable.

    I weigh just once a month at the doctor's office. My next weigh in is next Thursday and I'm excited. My coworkers have a pool going on how much weight I've lost since last month. I cracked up when I heard about it yesterday. I think I'm doing pretty well. I'll get back to you on Thursday next.:)
