  • Just did another 45 minutes on the elliptical followed by 20 basic squats. I realllllly sat into these ones and my legs are killing me, haha.

    My dinner is baked chicken thighs and a few unknown sides. I'm going to have to dig into my fridge and pantry and see what's available. :)

    well I guess the pork chops are for tomorrow, I forgot there was a school bbq and meet the teacher night so it was just a burger and some salad tonight, I am starving now

    Did mine last night but forgot to check in!!! I did an hour of spinning and then 20 squats with 10lbs weights. My thighs were BURNING.

    Sorry for checking in a day late. I did my squats but was on my phone and cant get to the groups. I had a bad day foodwise. My dinner was four ounces of pork chops, half a cup of instant mashed potatoes, and two homemade zucchini pancakes.
