Copper is a key mineral in many different functions. It is central to building tissue, maintaining blood , and producing energy in our cells.Copper is required to manufacture collagen, a major structural protein in the body and it helps with incorporation of iron into red blood cells, preventing anemia. Yet, for all its critical importance, you don't actually have much copper in your body
Shrimp, squid, lobster, crab, and octapus are good sources of copper in meats. The rest of the better sources are in plants, leafy greens including kale and spinach, as well as other veggies like asparagus, shilitake mushrooms, and summer squash. Nuts like sesame seeds, cashews and soybeans are considered some of the top sources for copper.
Just another reason to eat a balanced diet.

Well, I'm still not feeling 100% today. I need to go home!
I didn't even pack myself lunch! I hope today gets better. Right now I'm having a nose bleed... ugh!

Breakfast: cafeteria egg & 2 bacon
Lunch: chicken salad on croissant
Dinner: ????

Food: for breakfast i had a banana, for lunch i brought korean food from home (mandu and rice), dinner I don't know, maybe spaghetti or chicken tacos. I haven't decided what to make yet.
Exercise: I just got home from school so I'm going to change and go to the gym for about an hour. I'll do my usual, running (or jogging is more like it lol) for 20-30 minutes then I hit the weights for about 20-30 minutes.
Water all day every day.
Today is going much better than yesterday.0 -
Ugh. Today was pretty bad. I'm stressing over an exam I have tomorrow, and I tend to binge when I'm stressed. I went way over my calorie allotment today. Hopefully I can do better tomorrow.0

today was pretty good. I had a peach and weeds and seeds and toast and pb for breakfast. for lunch I had a sandwich with cheese, cucs, tomato, and onion. yummy. for dinner I made squash soup (with a squash from my garden) I have 10 of the suckers. Not sure what to do with them all oh. I exercised 3 x for 30 mins. feel pretty good about that. One of my goals is to do that everyday.

Welcome Night-Fire! Not sure if I said that last time.
I'm on nightshift tonight, working 7pm till 745am.
"Breakfast" - Pizza leftovers
"lunch" - Subway 6" turkey breast, Banana, Belvita bars
"Snack" - Milk and Beef jerky (Maybe some coffee if needed)
"Dinner" - Probably fast food breakfast - egg Mcmffin or something
Exercise - nothing outside of work. Slept the whole 'day', worked all night;0
