Superb September WL Challenge

Greetings, all! Summer is winding down, a new school year has begun, and before we know it, Fall will make her grand entrance! We put up some good numbers in August, and many of us commented on our need to refocus our efforts as we begin a new season. I plan on getting a lot more water and walking into my daily routine this month. What are some ways you can make your September superb??

My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Life time goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)
Weigh ins: What days you will weigh in. (I will weigh in on Fridays in September)
9/5/14= (Fill out after each weigh in.)
9/12/14=
9/19/14=
9/26/14= (Final weigh in for the month.)
The simplest way to do this is to find your previous weeks post, copy the text then click the reply button. Paste the text in and add your new weight.
Also, if you are quoting someone to send them a kudo or offer a hand up, please add @theirusername to the top of the text so we can keep who's who straight (very helpful when we get over 100 posts per month

Hi Everybody!!!
We just scheduled our engagement photo shoot for 10/10. Me and the fiance are going to be working extra hard this month. To reflect this.. I've set a rather lofty goal of 10 lbs. Considering I've not lost more than 6 in a single month yet, this is quite a stretch... but hey. Go big or go home!

Just glanced at my ticker and saw it hovering at the very bottom - so instead of being frustrated at the last 10-20 pound loss (which is bouncing in a stall), it feels happy to realize how far it is to have dropped the first 160. ...puts it in perspective... Thanks for helping me do this!

09/07 - 270.4 (This is actually more than it was when I weighed in for another challenge. I am certain it is water weight from my breaking down my muscles. As we all know inflammation easily leads to water retention and breaking down of muscles causes inflammation, to a degree.)
