I was beat after work yesterday so I didn't get my squats in, but today I did 25 plus 30.

Today I did 30 slow Plie squats. Was huffing & puffing a bit toward the end.0 -
Got my 30 in today. I had to do a set of 20 and a set of 10 with a 30 second rest between the two. This was the first day my thighs really felt it.0

Hey you all. I did 30 minutes at curves gym and also walked for 30 minutes. I then did my 25 squats using a bar weight.0

I haven't been on my computer since you started this challenge but I have done my squats everyday, got my 30 in today. I won't be on here again for a few days, hubby and I are going away for our anniversary and since you can't get on here on the mobile I will wish you all luck know.0
