I thought I would propose a second challenge since I didn't see one. Let's try breaking one bad habit. Whether it be eating or exercising. Mine: sweets. I am going to go the whole week without sweets.

The night is definitely the worst. Especially after my son goes down. Probably because it is the first time all day I have to think about food. You can do it!!0
