I was 127 this morning. Not too bad for all the bad eating I did over Thanksgiving! 2 pounds to prepregnancy and 7 to goal!

A miracle happened this week and I lost that extra pound again! I didn't deserve it, but I'm happy! Now it's time to make progress. Btw, dairy-free as of yesterday. No fun! 9 pounds to go!

Hi ladies! I hope you are all doing well! I am finally recovering from my knee injury! Hurray! I was also able to move to the second phase of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. It is WAY more intense. I sweat a lot more! But the fact that I was able to do it 2 days in a row says something! LOL So, I was feeling discouraged…
I'm still at 133...I was down to 131 a few weeks ago. I've got to get down to business if I'm going to kick these 13 pounds to the curb! At least I didn't gain weight this week!
