5th week weigh in Sept. 27th - Oct. 3rd

I'm still at 133...I was down to 131 a few weeks ago. I've got to get down to business if I'm going to kick these 13 pounds to the curb! At least I didn't gain weight this week!

  • Thanks for starting this thread this week! I was crazy busy this week and it's been challenging getting back into the groove of things. We had family in town, so my eating and working out practically went out the window! I gained 1/2 a pound last week. But this week dropped two pounds, so I am pleased with that!
    Baby girl (I think) is going through a growth spurt... and I am EXHAUSTED! But I know I need to keep going. These pounds won't melt away with a lot of effort on my part!

    So, here are my stats this week:

    Starting weight: 154 (What I weighed when I started working out again at 6 weeks pp)
    Last weigh in: 133.5
    Current weight: 132

    1.5 lbs lost

    Waist: 31" (1" lost from last measurement)
    Hips: 34" (1" lost from last measurement)
    Bust: 31.5" (1/2" lost from last measurement)
    Thighs: 21" (No loss)
    Arms: 10 1/4 " (No loss)
  • Nice job! I keep procrastinating and not exercising. I also eat way too much in the evening. :/ I need to get motivated to change.

    Goal is 169 by October 17th. Very doable, I think.
