I weigh in every week on Mondays for another biggest loser challenge. So I will still weigh in on Monday and update on Friday. I wish I had known about this group earlier, but I believe I can still reach my goals by Christmas.

Sept 4.......................175.0 lbs
Sept 11.....................169.8 lbs (I am loving "17 DD"!)
My original short term goal was to lose 5% of body weight by Oct 1st--only 2 more pounds to go! Once I achieve that goal, I will reset ticker to reflect NEXT goal which is 10%--right in line with 20 lbs off by Christmas. Ultimate goal is to be at 145 lbs by my birthday in February. Have not seen that number for 4 years...heck, haven't seen the 160's (till this week!) for 4 years!0 -
Agreed about Mondays...give yourself time to recover if you fell off over the weekend. I find end of week works great because if you see results, it helps to keep you on track over the weekend.0
