Sept 4.......................175.0 lbs
Sept 11.....................169.8 lbs (I am loving "17 DD"!)
My original short term goal was to lose 5% of body weight by Oct 1st--only 2 more pounds to go! Once I achieve that goal, I will reset ticker to reflect NEXT goal which is 10%--right in line with 20 lbs off by Christmas. Ultimate goal is to be at 145 lbs by my birthday in February. Have not seen that number for 4 years...heck, haven't seen the 160's (till this week!) for 4 years!0 -
Agreed about Mondays...give yourself time to recover if you fell off over the weekend. I find end of week works great because if you see results, it helps to keep you on track over the weekend.0

I'm excited to do this challenge, to drop 20 by Christmas. It will be a challenge for me, but I think I have a chance at reaching that goal!

Yikes, it seems like I'm going SLOW! That's why I need this kick in the butt....
OK, i need to check someone elses scale. My scale has showed the exact same weight for 2 full weeks now, right down to the 1/10th of a pound. This with a calorie deficit every day, cutting out alcohol (except one day), and spending an hour a day at the gym. Still at 170 and not thinking I'm getting anywhere NEAR 20lbs by Christmas... :grumble: :sad:0 -

I will post my weigh in on Friday's as well. I need this to keep me accountable as well. I just hope the number goes down. I really don't know what my true weight is. The scale jumps up & down from day to day on me all my adult life. As I stated in several post I have Celiac & I'm gluten free for 11 years now. I have been struggling with these 20 lbs. for 5 years. But, I will be honest with these numbers good, bad or the ugly.
