    I like Tuesdays for weigh in, because I'm doing the 5:2 diet and I always weigh on Tuesdays and Fridays... but I'm flexible if everyone else prefers a different day.

    Tuesday weigh in is fine with me - I do Wednesdays because I'm in the Wednesday weigh in group but I can weigh in both days - scale is always there:grumble:

    Tuesday weigh in is fine with me. I am a bit discouraged tonight. I was down 3 lbs all weekend. I was very careful all day and my scales put me right back up. Tonight is my TOPS weigh in and I so wanted to be down those pounds. Will let you know what their scales say.

    CHRISTMAS SOUND GREAT. TES. WEIGHT IN FINE WITH ME. I AM HOPING TO GET TO MY SMALL GOUL BY THE END OF THE YEAR. I USE TO GO TO TOPS BUT HAD TO STOP TO WATCH MY GRANDSON.KNOWING THAT YOU ARE PART OF SOME THING IS A GOOD FEELING.
