I get it, not everyone is a fan of Tony, but lets be honest here, he does kinda know what he is talking about. Im ALL IN with him about the shoulders!

    I like him he cracks me up and I love to laugh and smile. My elbows were hurting afterward so I don't know if I was doing everything right.

    he is def an aquired taste. he makes me giggle too.
    Form is so important. If you decide to follow him again and try it, just pay careful attention to his ques. He is pretty good.
