Ok so let's see if I can say this right..lol
My BMR is like 1475 and I went on to the website calories per hour and added up all the calories I would burn through out the day and what it came out to be is 2800, this is in a 24 hr period of course. So if my BMR is what what body burns at rest/coma and no activities then do I add 1475+2800, I'm kinda confused on this. Any help would be appreciated.

The 2800 includes your BMR. So 2800 is the total calories you burn throughout the day.0

Be aware the sites that look at one day with picking time at many different levels is hard to use on daily basis. Does what you selected really apply to 7 days a week?0

I did one for the days I work 12 hours shifts and one for when I'm off. I am just cutting 300 calories from those totals on those days. i actually burn more calories when I'm at work...lol0
