I eat about 2400 +- a day.
I love eggs and eat them in the am, steak or chicket for lunch. dinner is usally BBQ chicken thights, Korean BBQ ribs, BBQ baby back ribs, steak Pork chops. I do like popcorn for snacks at night (kettle cooked with tobasco sauce).
My cheat day (now foortball season) is a giant burger on Sunday at the bar with frys.
On my heavy workout days I will eat more carbs in the day (limit quantity) sweet potaote, purple potatoe and white rice after the workout with butter and parmisan cheese.
I do about %90 percent of the cooking but tought my kids to cook so when Im tired they can take over.
I get my greans from lots of broccoli, spinach and kale salad.
I will start to share my recipes I just do have them written down.
I use very little seasonings on meat (salt and pepper) mostly.

I eat about the same (calorie wise) when I get into heavy workout mode. I'm in a trim state right now, so I cut way back on the carbs and upped the protein and veggies. I have become a hippie in the sort that I am trying to stick to seasonal food offerings. I have this theory that foods consumed in their natural harvest season might assimilate better in the body, thus equaling better nutrient intake. I also do around 90% of the cooking, but my daughters only 3 at the moment so I will most likely end up with a Lego for dinner if I let her take over. My cheats have consisted of ice cream. We had these 2 home made ice cream shops move near us and I can't seem to get enough.0
