    Not much of a loss for almost 2 weeks, but after the week I had with a funeral and all that goes with that I'm just happy it didn't go up.

    8 stone off for me now, really like the sound of that :happy: I won't be able to weigh-in next week as I head away on holidays on Wednesday, I expect to put a few lbs on while I'm away but not too worried at all as I fully intend to change my approach when I come home, I will be no longer in a deficit and will be trying to start building muscle up. Have a program set up for my self so looking forward to start and hopefully see some good muscle gains.

    I lightly sprained my right foot this week so I have to really take it easy. It's already on the mend so I'm hoping it won't be a problem when we go to Disneyworld in 3 weeks!!!

    Checking in today, as tomorrow might be a bit of a crap-shoot schedule-wise. It's been a good week - 6 out of 7 days I made it to the gym, and the day that I didn't, I played recreational court volleyball, so at least a tiny bit of activity. I might actually hit 218.8 by the end of the month!!
