    9/15 - 688 calories simulated hike on incline treadmill
    9/16 - 534 calories jogging
    9/17 - 684 calories - 3 mile walk, 3 sets of bench and squats and HIIT 20 mins...and a big thanks to all of you! This group has got me off the couch and exploring the options on my treadmill. Who knew it had HIIT programs? My husband is also happy that I'm not using an $1800 machine for a coat rack.:happy:
