Keep joining and re- joining groups this time I am determined!!! Thinking about trying out a vegan approach but I am in on the clean eating for sure!!! Some great ideas for meals always good!

I've been doing well as far as consistently losing weight but I'm determined to refine my food choices. Even though I often stay in my calorie range and get exercise, I could be eating better quality food. I'm really dependent on sugar especially and am not sure how to break the habit. I have some trouble sleeping and a job that can be stressful and I'm pretty sure I crave sugar to get through the day and keep moving.0
