I completely forgot yesterday. Road my bicycle for 1.5 hours today. Can that count for squats?0

how is everone doing with their challenge? I am finding it easier to do my squats in the afternoon rather than in the morning. My knees cant handle it first thing in the morning plus I am not a morning person at all.0

I'm doing pretty good, am finding on somedays they fit in nicely with my other workout, but if not I do them after my cardio workout so that my muscles are already warmed up. I am still on the beginners one though.0
