Due to my pnuemonia, I stopped the squat challege (and everything else) my back is now sufficiently recovered that I am going to start the squat challege tomorrow doing half-squats! :) Sorry for the absence!
Reached today without flaking out. Hows everyone doing? I have been meeting the beginners challenge and after today we have 7 days left. I am thinking of moving on to the intermediate challenge after this. Will anyone else be continuing?

I decided to do my squats in the morning. I've made the squat list my homepage so I won't have the excuse of forgetting when I open my laptop in the morning. How about you guys? When will you do your squats and how are you going to make sure you follow through?
