Pretty quiet group here. How are you doing?
I missed a couple days, but still feel an improvement.
I also work out with the book "The New Rules of Weightlifting for Women" and I learned something today because of this challenge. I was doing squats with a barbell. Total weight about 21 pounds. My lower back was complaining. So I tried my second set as a box squat. No pain and I could feel my legs working hard.
I think I may have been leaning too far forward when I was doing the lift in the air. Any suggestions for me?
