Just finished doing my squats for day one! It actually wasn't too bad. There were a squats in the dance cardio video I did earlier, so I thought that doing the challenge might be more difficult that it turned out to be. I really want to focus on form and squatting lower.0

I'm doing the beginner challenge.

Started the intermediate squat challenge, along with 4 friends from work! A little tenderness in my left knee on day 2 -- may have to switch to beginner squat challenge?0

I warmed up by doing 1/2 hour cross country skiing than did my squats. (I started at beginner) I didn't find it too bad. Good luck to all0

Walked for an hour in the morning. Walked 15min at break, did the 20 beginning squats at lunch!
More walking followed by passing out on the bed after a nice warm shower.

I did my 20 for day one yesterday, plan on doing today's tonight. Assuming I can after CX works and Zumba-which has it's own squat song.0
